wow it's been so long...

I was looking at my own blog and realized its been almost a year since i last posted anything... i wondering if anyone is actually looking at it anymore... probably not...lol... well if you are leave me a message on facebook... i just want to know how many people are really looking at this...

Our new HOME!!!!

So I know what you are thinking.... I am a slacker because I still have not updated my blog... sorry. We just got our internet hooked up so I will try to be more consistant. We are in our new home in queen creek and are lovin it. It's huge especially compared to our tiny apt in utah. It's a 5 bedroom 3 full bath home and its in a quiet neighborhood with lots of other kids. We closed on Oct. 15, 2008. a memorable day. lol well i will try to get some pics uploaded and posted soon. Other than just trying to get settled in we had halloween and Carolisa loved getting dressed up and going trick or treating...king is still commuting back and forth but will hopefully be able to transfer here in december. I am not traveling that much at all anymore which is a nice change. well we bought the paint for our living room and kitchen now im just tying to get up the energy and umph to do it. its alot of wall to paint... well i will post soon.... everyone have a good month or two...lol

The House...

So I think we are about to get our house!!!!! We are so excited to be able to get a house and make it our home... It is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home and is very spacious... we love it... if all goes well we will close by the end of the month!!!!!

wow im a slacker...sorry

Wow it has been so long... sorry... Right now I am currently working in AZ and living in UT... we are still in the process of moving and it is not getting any easier... we found out last night we did not get the house we were wanting and so now it is back to step 1... looking at houses again... did i mention i hate looking at houses? yeah well i do.

so in that last two months we have done multiple activities like going to the zoo, riding on the airplane alot, riding horses, roping, went to bridal veil falls, ect. i will post some of these random pics. Carolisa drove to az with aunt mel who she calls silla...don't know why...and gg...aka great grandma snelson. she was so excited to go and see papa and grammy... she had the time of her life and i missed her soooo much. she is coming home today!!! i can't wait. Im excited for the fall season. halloween and thanksgiving. i got carolisa her costume, she is going to be a witch... she is excited for that also. well that is all for now and hopefully i will be back on im less than two months!!!!lol

24th of July

So we went to the 24th of july in az with my parents... we went to the parade and rodeo and hung out at the house and had bonfires and dutch ovens and baths with cousins...




we went branding and rode the horses which is carolisa's favorite thing to do in the world. we went up the mountain where my parents are going to build their home and was helping build a fense, well the post hole was almost as deep as carolisa is big!!! well we had a really good week while we were there... uncle charley was there also and it was nice to see his family...

Birthday at papa's and grammys

So when we went down to az for the 24th we had a combined birthday party for carolisa and kaelyn... carolisa is into movies lately and loves shrek and the bee movie... hense the cakes... they were fun to make!

Birthday party in ut at grandma folau's

This was her birthday at grandma folau's in utah. we had a good time with all the grandkids...she loves to go over there and play with the kids and visit sia and grandma folau... king was helping her play baseball!!! she thought that was way cool!

Swimming!!!!!!!!

So Carolisa found out that she could swim today when she went swimming with her daddy!!!!! She is turning 2 next week and is swimming. I was so excited. She learns so fast it is unbelievable...

Looking for Houses...

It's coming up... I am so excited... we are going to be looking at houses again in a couple of weeks! We are so happy to be able to move and get a home and start our family out in a new spot. Thanks for everyones help!!!!

This last week or two....

Well Carolisa burned her arm with an iron and I felt like the worst mom in the world!!! So now we are just trying to get the scar to go away which will take forever... luckily it was just on her arm... Sadly we did nothing over the 4th because I was working nights all that weekend. yuck... but we will do lots of fun things for the 24th of july... we are going to az to hang out with grammy and pops... Carolisa's new fun thing is swimming. she is a dare devil. she will just jump in and try to swim even though she doesn't know how. We made cookies one day for the 4th and she thought that was pretty cool... I have the best news. I have been working a contract which means I have been picking up an extra 12 hour shift a week which makes it 4 12 hour shifts every week for the last 8 weeks and I worked my last one on Sunday.!!!!!! exciting. Thank you Melissa and Sia for helping.... and to my husband for dealing with me.... and babysitting, cleaning, cooking, and everything else he does....love you!!!

Getting Pics...

I took Carolisa to get her pics done the other day and we got there and she was so cute and went to take her pictures and I don't know if it was because she didn't like the photo gal or what but freaked out.... needless to say we did not get any pics that day... So we went another day with auntie Melissa to a different kiddie kandids and that one was better... We got it done and they turned out sooo cute... I just think it is so funny that with some things she freaks out and then other times she is fine... the joys of my daughter turning 2!!!!!! Well thanks auntie Melissa for helping us out sooo much we love you....
